CRA TRAINING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By registering for this course, you are confirming that you have accepted Conestoga-Rovers & Associates' terms and conditions:

Transfers

If for any reason you find that you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another delegate free of charge.

You may only transfer delegate registrations free of charge once per event.  Subsequent transfers will be subject to an administration fee*.

Transfers to another event will be accepted with 11 or more working days' notice prior to the course, subject to an administration fee*.

All transfer requests must be received in writing.

Cancellations and refunds

Confirmed bookings received with payment more that 30 days in advance of a course will qualify for a £100 discount.

A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 11 or more days before the date of the course.

We regret that no refunds can be issued for cancellations made less than 11 working days of the event.

All cancellation requests must be received in writing.

Conestoga-Rovers & Associates reserves the right to vary or cancel an event where the occasion necessitates.

Conestoga-Rovers & Associates accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, the event does not take place.  

*Administration fees

Administration fees will be charged at £25 + VAT for standard training events and £50 + VAT for residential conferences.
