Regulatory Support

At CRA we have considerable knowledge of European and UK environmental legislation, and are experienced in interpretation of existing and incoming legislation with respect to likely impacts on our industrial and land development clients.  CRA frequently liaises with the regulatory authorities on behalf of our clients to determine how the authorities are likely to enforce requirements, allowing us to provide informed advice to clients on options open to them to achieve and maintain compliance. Our Environmental Management Team can also provide support in the form of development of bespoke Environmental, Quality, Health and Safety (EQHS) Systems which incorporate requirements under new and incoming legislation, such as the new REACH regulation and the Environmental Liability Directive.
