Process Optimisation

CRA's Operations Support Team can provide a range of support services to assist clients in optimization of their processes: from waste, water, raw materials and energy consumption audits/minimization assessments through to provision of engineering solutions.
 
CRA can initially assist clients through identification of key areas of consumption and/or waste creation.  CRA then works closely with the client to benchmark consumption, or waste, against industry standards and previous performance in order to develop efficiency targets which are plant or process specific.

Where changes to process engineering may be required, CRA has a long history of providing engineering solutions to industrial clients.  Our access to over 2,700 technically qualified personnel creates a vast resource of experience to draw upon when assessing engineering options. Our project-based organization is staffed with experienced project managers and disciplined engineers, and we are therefore well placed to offer a range of less common advice and solutions to environmental or engineering problems.
