PPC and Permitting

Maintaining ongoing compliance with PPC requires our clients to continually evaluate and assess options to improve their environmental management and reduce their environmental impacts.  CRA's engineers and scientists support our clients in provision of specialist resources - providing advice and full assessments on technological, operational and managerial approaches to maintain compliance and achieve BAT standards.

Drawing on our significant expertise in land and asset management, CRA also creates and facilitates implementation and ongoing management of Site Protection and Monitoring Programmes and Site Surrender Reports. 

Depending on client experience and requirements, CRA can provide services ranging from ad-hoc support to actual management of the complete PPC application and variation process: providing the written application/variation, the Active Site Report, full impacts assessment (including emissions modelling) and options appraisal. 

CRA is able to provide advice on the implementation of the PPC regulations to ensure appropriate responses to legislative requirements.
