Asbestos Abatement and Removal

CRA offers impartial surveys and management advice and does not promote unnecessary and expensive removal of asbestos. Removal of asbestos is recommended only when the risk to human health cannot be sufficiently minimised due to the location, condition or type of ACM.  If the ACM is in poor condition or in a major work area, removal may be the safest and most economical solution.  Often, encapsulation or sealing may present a better solution and be more cost effective, depending on the extent and risk of the asbestos containing material present.
