How We Work
Past experience on thousands of projects throughout the world has shown that the key factor to success is dependant upon clear roles and lines of responsibility and a close relationship between the client and CRA. CRA projects are typically led by a Project Director-Project Manager team who are supported, as required, by technical specialists, dealing with specific aspects of the project.
The Project Manager will provide the day to day point of project liaison; they will be responsible for the management of project resources including staff and equipment. They will have years of experience in the technical subject of most relevance to each project and will be responsible for correctly scoping the project and for delivering on time and to budget. The Project Director supports the Project Manager as required to ensure project success. They typically provide technical and/or quality review of deliverables and are ultimately responsible for client satisfaction.
CRA always attempt to maintain a close working relationship with clients. This is promoted by ensuring that we have an appreciation of the wider relevant business areas in addition to the immediate requirements of the individual project in progress.
