Since the early 1970s we have worked for some of the world's largest multinationals on projects including global environmental management systems implementation, facility permitting, contaminated land remediation, corporate sustainability report verification and carbon accounting. SENIOR INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS SUPPORT CONSULTANT


DETAILS

Location: Nottingham                                                 

Job Type: Senior Consultant

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: £26- £39k

Required Travel: Must be willing to travel

  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Completing technical project work to a high standard and ensuring client satisfaction;
  • Managing small and medium projects from proposals to completion;
  • Establishing client relationships and winning repeat work; and
  • Representing CRA at environment events and professional forums.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • A minimum of 4 years relevant experience; 
    • Educated in a core science or engineering discipline;
    • Must be confident, knowledgeable and preferably have a background in engineering, chemistry or a core science of relevance;
    • Experience in dealing with environmental regulations and the delivery of environmental improvements to industrial operations are core skill requirements; 
    • Candidates who can demonstrate additional expertise in any of the areas of environmental engineering, COMAH, energy management/emissions trading, air/water/waste management, carbon management or business development will have an advantage;
    • Candidates must be reliable and committed individuals who wish to achieve success in consulting;
    • You will be a confident, dynamic and motivated individual, with a good technical track record;
    • Excellent communication and writing skills;
    • A willingness to travel.
