CRA's Quality Management System and Environmental Management System

CRA Europe is governed by the values and principles of the CRA family of companies, which operates a code of ethics, addressing legal and ethical conduct, anti-corruption and conflict of interest and confidentiality.  The CRA family also applies robust project management principles, as part of its quality management system, to ensure that customer requirements are acknowledged and delivered.

The CRA group operates a quality management system, which is certified in 35 operating locations to the quality standard ISO 9000:2000.  CRA Europe has implemented this system and has made a commitment to achieving certification to ISO 9000:2000 by the end of the financial year.  All CRA Europe staff have received training in the application of the quality management system.
